Summary

Strategic leader with extensive experience delivering organisational change, building partnerships, and leading high-impact programmes within complex, public-facing environments. Currently serving as a Police Officer and Helicopter Base Manager, I bring strong operational leadership, multi-agency collaboration, and the ability to deliver outcomes in high-pressure settings.

I have proven experience at a strategic level through a force-wide Staff Officer role, where I led initiatives to improve organisational efficiency, developed governance frameworks, and influenced senior decision-making at Chief Officer level. This included designing and implementing cross-sector approaches with partners such as health services and other agencies, improving service delivery, reducing demand, and enhancing outcomes for the public.

Alongside my professional career, I have over 25 years' involvement in the Royal Air Force Air Cadets, including senior leadership as a Wing Warrant Officer within one of the largest Wings in the UK. This has provided deep, practical insight into the Armed Forces community, as well as extensive experience in youth engagement, volunteer development, and programme delivery at scale.

I offer a unique combination of strategic leadership, partnership development, and lived experience within the Armed Forces and cadet environment. I am motivated to shape and deliver engagement strategies that strengthen connections, expand opportunities for young people, and support long-term transformation in how organisations engage with the Armed Forces community.
