After originally working on food counters, I moved to the newly opened in-store pharmacy in 2007. Here I undertook my initial pharmacy training, passing the Buttercups Counter and Dispensing courses to lay my foundations as a pharmacy professional. My duties included serving medicines and giving advice over the counter, dispensing medications against prescriptions and ordering and putting away stock.
