Responsible for producing extensive data sets from various sources to deliver cost breakdowns at different levels for stakeholders. The model determines the cost of serving each product by analysing factors such as product size, delivery distance, pay rates, and activity times associated with the product. This allows the business to identify and prioritise its most profitable products.

• Process 1.5 billion rows of data weekly to generate 25 million for the model, ensuring that any outliers in the dataset are identified and removed to prevent impact on the final output
• Maintains 95% accuracy in comparison to the final reporting figures for £2 billion in costs.
• Developed dashboards for the wider team to use, helping them analyse and break down costs for their product lines.
• Capable of modifying large models to align with finance expectations. Successfully integrated IFRS 16 and enhanced the model at the supplier level to provide valuable insights to suppliers, along with implementing various other improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the cost to serve for stores and products that are not yet part of the business.

Project Finance - Network Plan

• Oversaw finances of projects within 10-year network plan, managing over £100m with additional projects in the pipeline. Leveraged real-time dashboards to monitor financial performance, manage purchase orders, and efficiently resolve procurement issues.

• Streamlined processes by automating repetitive tasks, resulting in time and cost savings, as well as freeing up storage space

Responsible for reporting on performances of 4 large distribution centres and providing insights to improve operations.

• Produced £250m budget in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Provide weekly reports, identifying underperforming KPIs and translating them into financial figures

Managed global HR and H&S reporting, developed training materials, produced senior management reports, and coordinated global employee survey for 120 businesses. Supported HR projects and collaborated with executives on TOM project, coordinating global teams to define structures.
