My role involves a wide range of administrative functions including being responsible for administrative procedures, updating and reporting management information and inputting data into IT data capture systems. Liaising with the public, delivery partners and colleagues via telephone, email, in writing and in person and providing them with advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
