My role involves a wide range of administrative functions including being responsible for administrative procedures, updating and reporting management information and inputting data into IT data capture systems. Liaising with the public, delivery partners and colleagues via telephone, email, in writing and in person and providing them with advice and guidance on policies and procedures. Directly involved with the removal and slaughter of animals for welfare reasons and disease control purposes. The environment is fast-paced and target-driven, within which I deliver a professional and efficient customer service, working collaboratively with a diverse range of colleagues to meet delivery targets..
