As a Team Leader at Superdrug,i play a key role in supporting senior management in the smooth day to day running of the store while ensuring a high standard of customer service. My day to day responsibilities include leading and motivating the team on the shop floor,helping to drive sales and achieve store targets through my strong product knowledge and proactive customer engagement

I regularly handle cash management duties which include operating the tills,completing cashing up procedures and ensuring accuracy and security in all transactions completed.

A significant part of my role involves overseeing stock replenishment,ensuring shelves are well stocked and faced up to maximise sales opportunities for that day.I also support with deliveries two to three times a week also stock rotation and maintaining the overall organisation of the store.in addition i regularly assist with opening and closing procedures ensuring the store is safe,secure and ready for trading.

I take great pride in leading by example with my team,providing guidance and support to team members and stepping in to resolve any customer queries or issues as efficiently as possible.i thrive on helping to create a positive shopping experience while contributing to the stores commercial success.

During my time as a Sales Advisor,i supported the day to day running of the store by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience, My role included serving customers on the tills,handing all transactions accurately and maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude always.

I assisted with deliveries by unpacking and organising stock,as well as replenishing shelves to keep the store well presented and fully stocked.I also helped customers with any queries they had offering the highest standard of product advice and guidance particularly on the cosmetics aisle ,where i supported replenishment and maintaining the highest standards of the cosmetics stands.

Overall during my time as a Sales Advisor i contributed to a positive store environment by being proactive,reliable and focused on always meeting the customers needs.

During my time as a weekend waitress at Gibraltar Gardens, i provided efficient and friendly table service in a busy and fast paced hospitality environment,My responsibilities included taking customers orders,serving drinks and food promptly,and ensuring tables were cleaned and reset to the highest standard possible.I focused on delivering a positive dining experience by being attentive,working well under pressure and supporting the other staff members to maintain a smooth service during peak times.
