My duties as a team leader consist of
- Leading and directing the team on a daily basis
- Ensuring all legislative and company practices, policies and procedures are followed.
- Managing medication deliveries and administration.
- Conducting performance management reviews with the staff group
- Attending Multi- disciplinary meetings with external agencies (local CMHT, G.P practices, local authorities)
- Conducting annual review of service users support plans and monthly reviews for care managers.
- Encouraging service user participation in care planning through regular meetings.
- Completing Service Managers role during their absences.
- Providing on call support on a regular basis
- Manual Handling trainer for the service.
