During my tenure of over a decade, I delivered goals such as training and educating over 200 young people who had offended. About 102 presented nationally certified exams, and 57 succeeded in these exams. Over 500 acquired new skills in different training workshops. We placed over 150 of them upon release from prison in different training workshops to sharpen their skills and consequently harmoniously reintegrate the community.

Two who obtained their advanced levels in prison are now holders of PhD.

I conceived and managed a juvenile justice project intervening in the Yaounde Central Prison. This project has as objective to prepare and reintegrate inmates into the community socio-economically. Within the three years of the project, I succeeded in placing 150 released young offenders into different training workshops in the community.

I taught English as a second language for over three years. In the course of these activities, I was appointed an examiner for BEPC, Probatoir and Baccalaureate which are all French exams.

• Patrolled property during open hours, observing activities and deterring vandalism or criminal activity.
• Worked in the security control room to continuously monitor CCTV feeds.
• Created a hazard-free environment by reporting on building damage and irregularities.
• Kept entrances secure with consistent visitor, personnel and package screening.

Computerized the prison information using a spreadsheet. Finally, I updated the computerised system by including the images of all the prisoners of the Yaounde Central Prison as a pioneer computer wizard.
