I am a fresh graduate from Cardiff University who is currently pursuing a more specialized degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Edinburgh.
I have no work experience, which I am really proud of. Because I think it is necessary to appreciate the quality of the experience gained rather than the quantity or time spent alone. I'd rather espouse the values of the organization I have an inclination to work in and with.
I enjoy working with people. I would say I am a social, professional, extroverted and outgoing person. I like challenges and sophisticated tasks that really trigger me to think and learn new skills. I have worked in lots of group work during my undergraduate degree at Cardiff University and currently at the University of Edinburgh.
I have delivered numerous lectures in philosophical topics. I have attended a couple of debates in my time at university. I am also an author of a philosophical book published independently on Amazon.
I like keeping up with the news, financial markets, geopolitics, business, and trading stocks. I always wear a suit :) because I think I look fit in a suit, but also professional and neat :)
Public speaking, debating and teamwork I also like to constantly learn Consistent and sharp:)
I am currently working on my qualitative dissertation titled :Beyond Developmental Performance Management: A Qualitative Study of Surveillance, Emotional Labour and Work Intensification in Ongoing Performance Management Systems -Managerial and Employee Perspectives, which is due on the 13th of August 2026
