I was hired by The Severn Bore pub when it was taken over by new ownership. During my time here, I have gained the experience of being able to foster customer loyalty through consistent, friendly interactions and proactive problem-solving and having the ability to demonstrateastrong ability to learn bar protocols, including proper glassware usage, cleanliness standards, and POS systems.
I started working at Burger King in the final year of my sixth form, and when the restaurant went under, many of the staff were made redundant, but I was fortunately rehired under the new company of Popeyes. During my employment, I obtained the skills to consistently deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict service time goals during peak hours. I also had the opportunity to act as a role model for best practices in service, speed, and teamwork, helping raise overall team performance.
I took the job at The Range as part of being temporary staff for Christmas. I collaborated with a team of 10+ staff to meet daily sales goals and maintain smooth store operations, maintaining a clean and organised checkout area while ensuring fast and efficient customer service. Due to these skills, I was kept on after the winter season.
