I supported the team with aircraft maintenance which involved checking fuel quantities, electrical components in and around the aircraft, helping strip down the aircraft for inspection, engine runs( testing on the runway), moving aircraft with a pushback tug, testing the cockpit systems and assisted with admin work.

I also participated in:

• Repairing damaged components to restore aircraft functionality.
• Following manufacturer guidelines for repair and replacement of parts to maintain optimal condition of aircrafts.
• Calibrated fuel systems; improved fuel efficiency during flights.
• Refurbished interiors; enhanced comfort levels for passengers.
• Replaced worn parts to prolong the lifespan of the aircraft.
• Diagnosed mechanical problems by utilising specialised testing equipment.
• Ensured safety by conducting thorough pre-flight inspections of aircraft systems.
• Demonstrated precision in calibrating avionics equipment for precise navigation and communication signals.
• Adhered to strict safety protocols whilst performing daily tasks, guaranteeing work environment security.
