I trained for 9 months for machining engineering at Alfreton fabrications and started to become eager to learn more as I was enjoying my role but unfortunately the machine side of the company has gone into administration and was made redundant. When I was working with Alfreton fabrications I worked 4 days a week and attend college every Monday where I practiced my hand fitting skills, learning more about the health and safety aspect of machining and resitting my maths GCSE.
