  • Overseeing the portfolio of transformation projects and programmes
  • Designing and implementing digital primary care services for patients
  • Leading the Transformation Team made up of Clinicians, Project Managers and a Transformation Manager
  • Standardising admin, finance and business functions deploying LEAN methodology
  • Delivering business cases for bringing in new surgeries and leading on mobilisations
  • Building partnerships with Primary Care Network (PCN) colleagues, patients, ICB and all staff from board level to practice-based staff
  • Achievements:
  • Launched the Ehub with NHS Sussex (ICB) to centrally manage all primary care patient non-urgent requests
  • Promoted twice since joining the organisation in May 2019
  • Previous to this role I was the Group Manager for East Sussex Surgeries during Covid given the needs of the business and prior to this I was the Service Development Manager
  • Launched SPC Connect an online service delivering remote care to 53,000 patients which was delivered out to external organizations just 6 month post go live given word of mouth only.
