

As soon as I turned 16, I applied for a waiter position at the Fox & Grapes Gastro Pub, Wimbledon. It involved up to eight-hour shifts during weekends and school holidays, serving food and drinks to customers. The job also included preparing the pub ahead of customers' arrival, laying tables and clearing up after closure.

I am currently undertaking a gap year at Leander Rowing Club, the world’s most successful single-sport club in the world as part of their elite rowing programme. As a coxswain, I am developing my discipline, resilience, and leadership skills, as well as furthering my ability to make clear decisions under pressure and to communicate effectively within a team.
Co-founder/Director
I have co-founded a company aiming to revolutionise the way people cook forever, and put an end to the global food waste and health crisis. The company Niblie Limited is building the technological infrastructure and the user interface of a mobile application to achieve these goals. It will allow users to scan their fridge and get recipe suggestions for what to make with what's in the fridge. Along with nutritional guidance and exciting social features, this is the future of cooking.

I have completed the Duke of Edinburgh Gold expedition to Norway. This was a 1-week trek through the Norwegian snowy wilderness in February 2024. It was an exercise in endurance, self-sufficiency and navigational skills as we journeyed from hut to hut covering several tens of kilometres per day.
