  • Dealt effectively with parent communication, providing updates and responding to concerns and worries.
  • Established a positive work in charge of over a dozen staff, navigating their personalities and issues, ensuring everyone ad a positive experience while meeting high expectations.
  • Organized and ran many trips out of camp ensuring places were suitable and formulated emergency plans in case of medical emergencies. Maintained good relations with local businesses to ensure a positive relationship with camp.

  • Assessed the accessibility of walking tours provided by the group, to help better fit the needs of those with limited mobility.
  • Researched how other organizations addressed issues of accessibility, and offered insight into how this could be implemented to improve the Roman and Viking walks in York.
