I have welcomed and supported people navigate their way around the University Campus as well as providing equipment for them to use. I have handled confidential information when taking card payments, names and addresses when booking in certain activities. Open days have been on whilst I have been working which requires a lot of social interactions and conversing with possible nervous new comers which has allowed me to learn to deal with pressure of running operations smoothly at the open day.
I am a motivated and a compassionate psychology graduate with a massive interest in psychological interventions and a strong desire to help improve mental health services within the NHS, feeling like I will contribute lots to achieve this I am looking into this job as I am wanting to develop my clinical skills, my patient care and give the help towards individuals when it is needed I am committed and am aware of the NHS values to help support patients requiring help in mental health department
My skills vary from analytical all the way to interpersonal skills I have conducted literature reviews throughout my duration at University and worked different jobs that all entail speaking skills The use of data collections in University assignments and looking at digital patient records whilst following the confidentiality rules that go along with this
