I supervise a team of Customer Advisers, providing training and support in order to maintain high standards of performance, customer satisfaction and retention. I have constantly achieved one of the highest complaint resolution and turn around time statistics in the department. Alongside:

• Up-selling customers by informing them about special promotions and providing detailed information for various products.
• Actively listening to customers, offering advice tailored to their needs or desires. Handled concerns promptly and turned round major issues within a quick timeframe, whilst exhibiting high energy and professionalism when dealing with customers and staff.
• Excelling in highlighting and resolving complaint and errors to customer and company satisfaction.

I am an accomplished musician and a lead guitarist in a band, with vast experience of performing at international festivals; subsequently my exposure to the event industry motivated me to establish my own company with a team of friends. The company is successfully progressing and steadily expanding, due to our good reputation and ability to deliver and exceed customer and contractor desires and expectation, within the required financial budget and timescales.

• Consistently achieving 80%+ of potential ticket sales to festivals and shows through promoting via social media, advertisements and word of mouth.
• Liaising with promoters, venues and booking agents across Europe agreeing contracts, fees and T&C's for booking artists. Alongside oragnising the logistics of flying international bands in and out of the UK to perform at the festival.

As a creative and innovative individual, I belonged to various acting agencies to supplement my income and successfully attained roles in major TV and film productions including Ridley Scott's recent epic, 'Napoleon' and a six part series documenting the rise to fame of The Sex Pistols entitled, 'Pistol' directed by Danny Boyle.

This role required strong numerical skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making. Working within a team to deliver client needs and expectation with adherence to GDPR. This position involved effective teamwork in order to meet strict regulatory targets, avoiding financial implications whilst maintaining the company reputation within a competitive industry. I was part of an award winning team, receiving a bonus for exceeding monthly targets.

Since completing full time school education and during university studies, I have worked in a series of restaurants and developed varied culinary expertise. In the latter half of this period I had gained sufficient knowledge and proficiency to achieve management positions which provided me with the opportunity to build on leadership knowledge and experience. These included, training and supervision of the catering team, adherence to maintaining quality standards to ensure best customer service and meeting ad-hoc legal inspections. I contributed towards the creation of new menus to successfully entice new customers and implemented a new rota to enhance team flexibility and employee satisfaction.
