So this involves calling customers, managing their accounts that they have set up, and then upselling based on the need or requirement. Updating details, documents and general admin operations for the business
  • Ensuring that all compliance and data protection requirements are met, actively listening, and finding the point of reference for the sale, and then delivering the journey for the customer on behalf of the Union.
  • With a strong intent to make as many sales as possible, exceed targets, and deliver great service for all customers.
  • Skills that I use in this role would be effective listening, multitasking, handling and resolving complaints or queries, adhering to compliance, data entry, problem solving and making sure that the customer has a great journey from start to finish on behalf of the client I represent.

  • Whilst being in this position, I have completed a 9-month long course to become a store manager, learning all the necessary information and gaining experience throughout the time.
