I successfully planned, researched and produced an 8,000 word independent dissertation project as part of my honours degree. I managed every aspect, from topic selection to research, survey creation and advertisement, data collection and data analysis. I organised my resources and set timeline goals to aid completion and allow for a review period. Ultimately leading to achieving 74% in my project and 74% in the live, in-person presentation of my work.
My communication skills have developed through working within different companies with diverse teams. As a customer advisor I have gained exceptional active listening and communication skills, managing high pressure calls with frustrated clients or complex queries while remaining empathetic, professional and calm, delivering accurate information in a clear, conscice manner, making each customer feel valued and heard. Working at Mango has allowed me to communicate with staff across the country, communicating stock issues or new promotions with head office or managers from different stores. This has improved my confidence and delivery of addressing issues and problem-solving strategies within the workplace.
