In my experience working in a desert shop, i assisted my customers by providing an excellent service while ensuring a positive dining experience. I prepared and served a variety of desserts, such as milkshakes, waffles, pancakes and many more, adhering to the recipes and presenting the standards. I maintained cleanliness and organization within the workspace, complying with the health and safety regulations. Furthermore, I handled cash and processed transactions accurately, ensuring financial accountability. I have gained many skills within working in that workspace, such as developing a strong communication skills, enhancing the ability to engage with diverse customers. I improved efficiency in a fast-paced environment by prioritising tasks and managing time effectively. I collaborated with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service during busy hours. Furthermore,i gained experience in addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
