Heavy Base Maintenance:

Tasks :

• Performing maintenance works on Boeing 737- 800, Airbus 320 & Boeing 737 MAX aircrafts as per AMM, ADs, SBs, Service Letters, Maintenance Programme Requirements, Defect Rectification, etc
• Extensive experience in Aircraft Base Maintenance such as - 'C' checks, 'D' checks, 8 year, 10 year & 12 year heavy Maintenance checks
• Carried out base maintenance tasks such as Engine & APU changes and other major component replacements
• Inspection of engine parts such as Fan blades, Gear box, accessories and possible leaks of oil and fuel
• Removal and replacement of integrated drive generator (IDG), magnetic chip detector (MCD) and its inspection, Engine Driven Pump (EDP), Fuel Package and its component etc
• Examining and inspection of aircraft components such as landing gear, hydraulic systems, and deicer to locate cracks, leaks and other defects
• Inspection of fuel tank for contamination, cracks, corrosion and any other defects
• Jacking of aircrafts for Landing Gear manual extension check and LG doors alignment checks
• Lubrication and inspection of Engine fan blades.
• Weighing of aircrafts as per AMM.
• Replacement of Horizontal stabilizer trim actuator screw jack.
• Responsible to inform Aircraft Engineer for examining tasks performed in proper way.
• Experience on inspection of corrosion, distortion and visible cracks in skin, cables, major structural members of fuselage, wings, and tail
• Responsible to ensure all serviceable/unserviceable items are returned to stores with proper labeling in Timely Manner.

Types of Aircraft: Airbus 320/321 Neo, Ceo & ATR 72-600.

Line Maintenance:

Tasks :
• Carry Out Transit Check as per Approved Tansit Check List to Attain :
*Quick Turn Around, On Time Performance, On Time Turn.
• Troubleshoot faults reported by Captain or Crew via Techlog/Cabin Logbook.
• Carryout repeated inspections if required on existing MEL’s that require maintenance action.
• Carryout Magnetic Level Indication on ATR72-600 for Fuel Quantity Indication MEL As per AMM with Chart Diagram for calculation.
• Carry out Aircraft Re-Fuelling as per Standard Operating Procedure.

Type of Aircraft: Boeing 757-200 PCF.
