My personal employment and education experiences have taught me when and where to use my own initiative, the value of being an integral team player and when to fly solo. I am a reliable and trustworthy individual who is quick to learn new methods and procedures. Being positively motivated and cheerful I am always enthusiastic towards my work. With flexible and poised approach, I can communicate well on all levels to all types of people which I have learnt through my previous work experiences. I find I work well under pressure and can remain calm in stressful situations, this combined with my adaptive nature, ensures that I can thrive regardless of the requirements put upon me.


My determination and drive cement my can-do approach to work, which guarantees I will become an asset to my employer. I am confident with a range of computer software and can easily adapt to new software I am not yet familiar with. To achieve my goals I am willing to work hard, accept extra roles of responsibility and to be dedicated to the requirements of my employer.


I have been very passionate about getting into the world of Health and safety since joining Openreach. This is due seeing the importance of risk assessments, following health and safety guidance and quality standards. I would like to first hand be a part of a team that ensures employees are protected from danger, risk and injury and can go home to their loved ones at the end of the working day.


It is a field I would love to develop my career within after buddying our health and safety lead I have more of an idea of what is involved. I am very willing to undertake the NEBOSH qualification or any further training to be suitable for this role
