As a Sleep Consultant, I work with parents/Care-givers to understand their child's sleep challenges and create a customised, step by step approach to overcome those challenges. My approach is as follows:
I schedule an initial introductory call with parents /care-givers to find out what they're struggling with / understand why their child may not be sleeping.
Parents/care-givers will then be sent some personality/health assessment forms to be completed on behalf of their child. The answers to these questions give me a clearer picture as to why their child is struggling with sleep/if it appears to be medical reasons etc, and allows me to create the most specific and tailored approach when creating a plan that parents can easily follow.
Once i have created a sleep plan, I will arrange a phone or zoom consultation to run through the plan with parents to ensure they understand it and go over any questions they might have before starting.
All of my sleep programs include two weeks of support which will include daily text support and weekly check in calls to see how things are progressing.
After our two weeks together, a final sign off call will be arranged.
