Whilst working at Berrys I work closely with a team of rural chartered surveyors assisting with daily tasks. Including:

• Interacting with clients professionally by phone, email and in-person to deliver accurate service information.
• Raise monthly invoices for professional work completed by the surveyors within the team, and forward to clients.
• Arrange client meetings on behalf of team members and scheduling with Microsoft Outlook.
• Pass on new enquiries for work within the business to the appropriate professional when dealing with new clients over the phone or via email.
• Provide reception cover as required, including sorting daily post, answering all incoming phone calls, greeting clients and booking meeting rooms for professionals.
• Drafting and sending legal instruction documents to clients.
• Creating monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
