In the limited roles I have worked I have shown I can work in fast paced environments. Maintaining quality service at a high standard.
I have shown empathy and understanding when faced with someone suffering a mental health issue.
Although I am still young, I am willing to learn and work well with others.
I currently work as a carer for my aunt, who suffers from mental and physical disabilities, due to her previous carer not being able to support her anymore.
I support her with maintaining the cleanliness of her home, ensuring she has ordered her prescription, and then collecting these for her.
I also support her with taking and collecting her child from school when needed, if she is having a bad day.
My responsibilities are not limited to specific duties. I support her with whatever her needs are at a given time.
My aunt has the support she needs from other family members, so I can now seek a more secure, permanent role, as at the minute I just receive a carer's allowance for this.
The employment I have previously had has been on a part-time basis for the roles; hence, there may be some overlaps within my roles.
My main responsibilities included food preparation.
