I enjoyed becoming a referee because it allows me to improve my leadership skills this will also help me to improve my public speaking which will help me become more confident speaking in front of people i have not previously met. it also helps me to problem solve seen as referees have to deal with disciplining plays and/or coaches/fans this will allow me to again become more confident and strong in the way i speak to people that i do not know.
