• In 2021: Alongside my day-to-day responsibilities, I assumed the role of a Squad lead/ Mentor for Graduate recruits from cohort 2021 (trained 10 Graduates) nurtured and guided them to become cloud Architects/DevOps practitioners, later getting them onboarded to the Defra Account as DevOps engineers to increase their exposure and experience

• Worked across different streams of work as part of the digital programme - leading to the Migration of existing applications
• Making use of all AWS native services and paying close attention to financial security models (PCI)
• Lead Solution Architecture for Digital Transformation team - developed the CBS Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) setting out infrastructure designs that generate better usage of AWS technologies, via delivery of HLD and LLD

• I was asked to work with the Metropolitan Police's ‘Digital Policing' department to setup a Private Cloud platform that supported the MPS goal of becoming the first truly ‘digital police force.' My project deliverables included finalising the design for storage SAN/NAS, SDS, and compute and contributing to the migration approach
• The new Platform as a service was setup as a solution which would enable digital policing
• This solution was setup across two Greenfield sites/Data centres
• This platform was required as part of a DC Migration
• During this contract I made active contributions to the governance of the procurements working closely with EMC in the delivery of the solution, working with the wider MPS business/Stakeholders to consult on system requirements
• I co-ordinated my efforts with all suppliers and Vendors involved and ensured the captured requirements was delivered in relation to logical technical design
• My key contributions included completion of the LLDs low level design for VMware and Storage.

• I was responsible for the setup and design of the ‘Accredited Secure Cloud' Cloud, an initiative provided for Government clients such as the DWP, Insolvency Agency, SSA, Highways Agency and many more
• Technical design input for HLD & Delivery of LLD for each customer's individual Access zone and for the PSN/multi-tenant access zone

• Designed and implemented new Platform solution in Erskine (Dev & Pre-Prod) - with focus on Storage and backups

• Working via Hitachi Data Systems based onsite at Citigroup developing a POC for the Storage Managed Service department in a key attempt to win a multi-million-pound deal /business from Citi
• Produced detailed runbook, improving, and formalizing existing procedures and creating new procedures where appropriate for Citi
• Reported back to all HDS Stakeholders on progress and reporting of POC
