  • Delivered frontline support to persons exiting rough sleeping, contributing to a 24/7 rota within a homelessness service.
  • Carried a caseload of customers, undertaking needs and risk assessments and co-creating support plans with the customer with an emphasis on achieving positive outcomes.
  • Effectively managed challenging behaviours and conflicts within the service, maintaining a safe, environment.
