My name is Adam King and I am a hardworking, organised and highly motivated person. I am very likeable and get on with all different types of people. I am highly ambitious and I am willing to put the effort in to achieve my ambitions. This is proven by my continuation to better myself. I am a team player who puts people before myself at all times and this has allowed me to become a good leader in many of my roles at such a young age. I enjoy helping people and my leadership skills I have learnt allow me to be somebody who people look up to and go to seek advice from. In my personal life I like to relax by seeing friends and going out for food and drinks and then whilst at home I like to spend time with my partner, family and pets. I am a big supporter of all sports but mainly football and formula one and both of these have led to me enjoying my other passion which is travelling which I do regularly with my partner. We both like to go to different countries to submerse ourselves in the culture and to see the most beautiful landscapes across the world.

  • As I have strong computer skills this suited myself.
  • This was slightly harder because we would use the application and talk to two customer's at the same time but this complimented my skills well.
  • Handled email correspondence and provided telephone support.
  • I also spent time working in the MyAviva support team which helped customers with their online log in issues and added another string to my bow.
  • Finally, I became an expert in the complaints field being a complaint leader for the whole floor and people would come to myself when they had issues/needed help with tough complaints.
