Weekly Operations Overview presentation
- This Power Point presentation is a support document for our weekly meeting with the customer, in which all team leads discuss the challenges encountered in the last week.
- I am responsible for extracting and presenting overall project data that brings to view the teams performance during the reporting week. To mention a few examples, the presentation contains charts or tables showing progress against agreed SLAs, number of tickets raised or restored, what the backlog looked like through the week.
Daily Health Check
- Daily snapshot of current status for agreed SLAs and progress against agreed KPIs, current snapshot of raised and restored tickets and current list of open tickets and failed orders.
- I'm using Excel templates with pivot charts and internal tools to extract and present the data to our customer on a daily basis.
Monthly KPI Report & Analysis
- Extract project KPIs from internal tools and compare them against the targets provided by our client.
- Provide summary information for the monthly report which includes a basic analysis over failed KPIs to the project management team.
Breached Tickets Analysis
- Huawei is responsible to report on all tickets that have reached our team in Bucharest. Some of the tickets restored by our engineers breach (do not meet the SLA). Tickets are being constantly moved from queue to queue and sometimes tickets reach our team after the SLA already expired.
- I am responsible to analyze each breached ticket and identify what exactly happened. This helps maintain our relationship with the client and help them in identifying current issues with their existing processes or teams.
Huawei Daily Status
- Internal Huawei report, directed to our project and budget owners, that highlights team performance and current project status. This report also acts as an early alarm system to our current management team to help them identify performance issues and proactively propose solutions.
- I'm using Excel templates with pivot charts and internal tools to extract the information needed for this report.
I was handling tickets, solving those that were easier and had work instructions for them, and sending further the more complicated ones. I was replying to emails regarding tickets, doing daily reports.
I was posting jobs on different sites, screening CVs, calling candidates for interviews, putting the interviews dates in outlook, receiving the candidates, giving them the technical test and also having the HR interview part with them.
