- Work to ensure that the quality of advice is maintained and that key performance indicators are consistently met.
- Provide additional support to Citizens Advice Telford & The Wrekin on other projects - in particular, I have helped deliver the 'Big Energy Saving Network' project of 2022, and delivered over a dozen in-person presentations of advice to local audiences in Telford and Shropshire.
- I have also delivered key local projects such as the provision of advice to vulnerable and elderly clients of Carbon Monoxide safety information and recorded and reported this work to ensure KPI's were met.
