  • Deadline Adherence I have demonstrated at university my ability to perform at the highest level of the rowing programme (training twice daily) and meet all my academic deadlines - delivering a 379 GPA (equivalent to an average grade across one year of A-)
  • Performance under Pressure Final crew selection for an international seat requires significant focus and the ability to perform at the highest level when faced with the highest stakes - being awarded a "Worlds" seat in July 2024 demonstrated this approach
