Commercially focused & electrically astute
Operations and Contracts Manager with over 12 years’ experience leading business operations, contract delivery, commercial growth and client relationship management across commercial, industrial, manufacturing and high-end residential sectors.

I believe successful operational leadership is built on trust, accountability and consistency.
Throughout my career I have focused on developing long-term client relationships, building
capable teams and creating a culture where quality, professionalism and safety are non-
negotiable.
Whether leading apprentices through their first years in the industry or managing high-value
commercial contracts, my approach has always remained the same: communicate clearly, lead
by example and deliver on commitments.
Outside of commercial work, I have remained committed to supporting local organisations and
charitable initiatives.
Green Grid Electrical has provided ongoing support for local schools through electrical works
associated with annual fireworks displays and Christmas events.
We have also completed both voluntary for the Frank Bruno Mental Health Foundation, including electrical compliance, CCTV installations and maintenance works.
Outside of work, I am a dedicated father of three and place great importance on family life. I
enjoy glassblowing/lampworking and gardening, where precision, creativity and continuous learning are
essential—qualities that closely reflect my professional approach to leadership and project
delivery.
I believe in leading by example, developing people and building long-term relationships based on
trust, accountability and professionalism. Whether mentoring apprentices, supporting clients or
delivering complex projects, I take pride in maintaining high standards and continually looking for
opportunities to improve.
