For the last year, three days a week, Friday to Sunday, I've been taking emergency callouts dealing with

• internal blockages (e.g. WHB, toilets, showers, etc)
• external blockages
• Soil Stacks

During my time with Axis as a plumbing my duties and responsibilities were as followed.

• Reactive plumbing maintenance
• light carpentry work
• Tiling repairs
• kitchen installs
• General Handy man jobs

• Maintained a clean and hygienic environment, improving overall ambiance of the bar.
• Oversaw general maintenance of bar equipment resulting in fewer operational disruptions.
• Ensured compliance with local licensing laws for smooth operation of the bar.
• Managed cash handling procedures, reducing discrepancies in the daily tally.

• When I was employed with VFL. I started as a general farmhand, tending to the vines in the fields. But it quickly took on more work involved with the maintenance of the farm's utilities. As well as organising daily jobs for my colleagues and directing third-party contractors when booked in for visits to the farm.

• I took fresh meat and veggie deliveries every day. But just as important, my key duties were breakfast prep for the next day, fryers clean and setup, and kitchen set up. Deep cleaning and some front-of-house displays.
• AMC is a large catering company responsible for running Selfridge’s (The Loft Staff restaurant) as well as many other sites across the UK.

• During my time with LG, I was decommissioning old boilers and bathrooms, and later on, I installed brand new boilers and bespoke bathrooms. When not on new installs, I would be on reactive maintenance duties, callouts, and breakdowns.

• Re-active maintenance to hot water and heating system on social housing and private property.

• As a domestic reactive maintenance plumber, I was in charge of replacing toilets, leak investigations and many more. I have also worked in a team to complete more demanding jobs efficiently and effectively.
• Part of British Gas and responsible for most of their plumbing works.

• I was employed as a maintenance plumber focusing on fitting staff disabled bathrooms, kitchen areas, undersink water heaters and on occasions installing leak diverter kits.

• During my time in Australia, I have worked in a hostel, consisting of 12 rooms where I was managing and supervising a set of people. I was in charge of the checking in and out of guests, confirming bookings and answering any visitor queries. I was entrusted to handle the monies and consulted with the bank myself.

• I was provided with my own van and was able to work locally across Essex. I worked on everyday issues such as leaking taps, unvented systems and central heating systems. I mainly worked individually, however on some occasions with other engineers. I was able to reflect on my work once a month with my supervisors.

• I was part of a commercial team and employed to install 1st and 2nd fix for social housing and private sectors as well as installing hot and cold mains throughout the sites.

• I was able to complete my apprenticeship with Cape Electrical and Mechanical. The main objective of the company was to maintain and keep active building sites supplied with energy and water. Whilst learning on the job, I installed temporary water supplies around sites accessible for other trades. I shadowed my supervisor and learnt the skills quickly.
