I look after and care for these health issues.

I give him medication via the peg.

Change, clean and suction the tracciostomy.

Clean suprabubic site. Empty and monitor the urine out put.

Wound care, cleaning and changing dressings.

Wash him .

Communicate via his own sign language.

Listen to him and put on which tv programmes and music he would like on.

Basic home cleaning duties.

All logging is done via an app.

• Altering clothes to fit: shorten, lengthen, take in and repair. Shorten curtains, line them add rufflette. Hand and machine sew.

• Ensuring properties were thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, dusted.
