• Music Manager for artist Private Zero, Leader of new gen lo-fi rap genre. Only 3 years since Zero's debut record "Someone else" currently sitting on 25M+ Spotify streams, I've been working with private since then to build Zero's catalogue and further strengthen Zero's music as well as working on creating and connecting with his fan base. since Zero's debut record we've released many more heavy hitting records "in da function" Ft. Kayem2x (another artist managed by Benjamin) currently sitting on 8M+ Spotify streams and "Bad One" currently sitting on 3M+ Spotify Streams. We also released Zero's debut project "Man Of The House" last year. Due to successful year of releases we hosted a Christmas show in partnership with brand fresh ego kid with performances from majority of the Fly str8 roster and other independent artists as a and are pushing in to having a thank you to Zero's fans for supporting him through out the year and are pushing in to having a prosperous and productive 2024 with a joint project with fellow Fly Str8 artist Kayem2x already ingested and scheduled for release in May .
• Music Manager for artist LeoStayTrill, one of the hottest young artists in the scene, labeled "One to watch" by Complex UK. Another young artist who's debut record "2 Man" rose to huge success on socials sitting on 400k streams with just a lyric video. Which we followed up with viral Hit Honeybun currently sitting 1.5M Spotify streams with the music video (Co-directed by myself) sitting on 800K views. Since this release we've had a non stop release run on YouTube and plan on releasing his debut project this year along with debut headline show
• Music Manager for artist Yung TS, another new gen leader who shot to the forefront of the scene last year with his viral hit "Airforce" which is currently sat on 3M+ Spotify streams and was labeled one of the Best songs in RAP UK 2023 by Spotify. Since then we've been working on Yung TS catalogue releasing 3 follow up singles, leading up to his debut EP we plan on releasing this year.
• Music Manager for artist Kayem2x, a rapper who shot to the limelight in 2021 with viral hit "Steady" currently sitting on 6.7M+ Spotify streams, which was soon followed up with "In Da Function" W/ Private Zero. Noticing there chemistry I put them in studio together all 2023 and have formed a joint project scheduled for release mid 2024.
• Former manager of Creator/Musician Stepz. Achieved multiple brand deals including tango, cineworld & adidas. Put on a sold out headline show at o2 islington of the back of his EP "Step By Stepz" which featured artists such as D Double E & Pete & Bas. As well achieving most viewed artist on tik tok 2022. During this management situation I assisted in growing his tik tok following from 300K to 3.1M+ followers before parting ways do to mutual agreement.
• Former Manger of Creator JTA, helping grow his following from 200K to 1.5M+ & releasing viral song "LOL" via Warner UK.

• Partnered closely with senior leadership and creative team to accumulate and disseminate best practices.

Partnered with fresh ego kid in december to put on a christmas showcase with new gen artists to celebrate and champion the new sound. The showcase sold out and since then been put in charge of finding new gen artists for fresh ego kid adverts and photoshoots.
