I am a reliable, motivated and people-focused individual with strong communication and leadership skills, able to build positive relationships with people from a wide range of background. I am confident in creating inclusive, safe and supportive environments where individuals feel valued and engaged.
I have experience in both supervisory and community-based settings, including volunteering in a youth club supporting children aged 5–12, where I helped deliver activities, supervised groups and provided informal emotional and social support. This experience developed my understanding of safeguarding, inclusion and the importance of positive engagement with young people.
Alongside this, I have over a year’s experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment, where I developed leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills. I also have a genuine connection to the local area, regularly attending matches at Firhill Stadium and engaging with the wider Firhill community, which has strengthened my interest in contributing to community-based programmes supporting young people aged 14–21.
