My role as a team lead is to be on top of the audit delivery and report to manager, coordinate and coach other team members, review work of others and ensure that high quality work is delivered to the client. Further I am responsible for client facing which includes participation in client meetings, daily communication and embankment on various discussions. I am pretty much involved in planning and completion phase of the audit.
