A diligent and proactive second-year Computer Science student at the University of Surrey, passionate about using technology to drive innovation, connectivity, and sustainability in the energy sector. Currently developing strong technical skills in Python, Java and C++, with growing experience in machine learning, data analysis, and software engineering. 1st Year Course Representative

• Serving as a Course Rep for Computer Science, allowed me to effectively represent student opinions and provide valuable feedback to module leaders.

• Engaged in charity work and volunteering initiatives, including organising a fundraising campaign to climb Mount Snowdon, successfully raising funds for Islamic Relief.
• Was involved with coordinating logistics and promoting events through social media, rallying support from fellow students and community members.

Hackathon Finalist

• Hosted by the University of Surrey Computer Science Society
• Collaborated with a team to design and develop a full-stack application that enables academics to effectively mark students work and provide feedback, utilising Django for backend development and integrating user-friendly interfaces
• Demonstrated effective teamwork and problem-solving skills by actively participating in the planning, coding, and testing phases of the project, ultimately delivering a functional application within a competitive time frame.
