I've become well versed in customer service and always aim to improve my product knowledge, utilising persuasion tactics to drive success and increase sales. With nearly two years spent in retail, I have encountered many challenges and have managed to work through them with my training and colleagues, creating a supportive and positive environment in the workplace. • I’m a creative person, using my spare time listening to music, painting, reading, writing or going on walks with my dog. I’ve also taken commissions for my art before and aim to expand this area of interest one day.
