  • I did 1:1 or 2:1 care with young adults with complex disabilities and additional needs. my day to day tasks would be giving them high standard of individualized care, promoting and encouraging personal independence.
  • I supported the residents in pursuing their hobbies and learning life skills such as cooking and laundry.
  • I would also fill out detailed forms about the residents day to day life.
  • I would also support the residents at meal times with feeding and support them with giving them a drink.
  • I was also meds and gastro trained so I was able to administor meds and give the residents their feed with gastro,


Due to my marriage breaking down I had a period of time off, I then transferred to National Star Hereford Ledbury Road.
