Collaborated on rolling out Just Eat, Uber Eats Deliveroo services across the estate, including record-breaking rollout of 150 stores on Just Eat in 1 day. Created onboarding documents, lead training sessions, tracked device delivery, and worked with partners to ensure smooth rollouts.
Was part of a team that grew Quick Commerce revenue from £0 to £1M in under a year.
Identified opportunity for stores to increase opening hours, including during our most profitable hours of the day, thereby increasing sales, and provided this data to our partners.
Developed a project to improve substitution rates in Express. Utilised data from both partners to pinpoint stores with poor performance, identifying opportunity to increase Quick Commerce revenue by up to £20,000 per week by increasing substitution rates.
Conducted in-store testing, allowed me to identify technical errors in Just Eat's substitution function which I fed back to the partner, allowing them to escalate for resolution, while also determining how to work around these limitations until these errors could be resolved. Testing also established that having the ability to mark items out of stock indefinitely during the picking process was leading to colleagues selecting this option in error, which was in turn removing items from sale permanently and reducing sales; upon escalating this to Just Eat, it was agreed that this function would be removed.
Challenged refunds from Deliveroo, claiming back £2500 per month in unfair refunds. Created guidance for stores to self serve on refunds and therefore increase money recovered, while also using data from refunds to improve store processes and reduce income lost from store-led refunds.
Combined data from multiple reports available on UEM, to create up to the minute found rate data to share with key stakeholders at a point where Uber were only able to provide weekly updates.
Created new guidance and updated existing guidance for Quick Commerce services using store experience to tie Quick Commerce processes into existing daily store activity.

Completed visits for the RM with every store in the area every quarter, creating reports on store standards & compliance, utilising data to highlight areas of concern, or causes for celebration, coached SMs on how to close out any issues raised, and follow up with them on subsequent visits.

Completed compliance audit checks on stores across the area, with focus on ensuring SMs understand why it is so important to be compliant, providing action plans, ensuring they have knowledge and tools to succeed and following up with them on subsequent visits. Fed back to the AM to identify opportunities for further improvement. Worked closely with the Auditor on his visits to ensure SMs understood the audits and to support stores.
Hosted training zoom calls to the region and have created accompanying PowerPoint presentation regarding how to extract price update data from prism to excel, and how to filter it, streamlining the process for SMs and ensuring we are complaint.
Produced PowerPoint presentations to be used in training sessions and comms in the area, to support employee comprehension.
Using the experience gained increasing sales in vaping in my time as an SM, stewarded the vaping category for the region, providing feedback on planogram compliance, availability and standards, and raising communicating supply issues to the region and the Vaping Category Manager, increasing vape sales across the region.
Trained 2 newly promoted SMs who went on to become 2 of the strongest SMs in the area. Analysed training needs to determine learning styles and skills shortages, to ensure the SMs were trained in the most efficient manner.
