• Using specialist assessment skills to complete in-depth mental health assessments and plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment interventions

• Supported victims of sexual assault via out-of-hours forensic medical procedure and independently operated 24-hour helpline to respond to safeguarding issues.

• Formulating and implementing bespoke systemic therapy programmes for families referred via Children's Services where there has been a relationship breakdown
• Assessing and managing risk and protective factors to keep children safe

• Establishing, developing, and maintaining a network of over 2000 multiagency Domestic Abuse ‘DA’ Champions across Norfolk including training facilitation, website maintenance, and professional advice/consultation
• Influencing the strategic direction of domestic abuse strategies in Norfolk through the DA Change programme and collaborative working partnerships
• Monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the service

• Case Manager for complex high-risk offenders, risk assessment, legislation and referral pathways
• Developing and reviewing supervision plans with offenders, multi-agency liaison and information sharing, referring high risk offenders to Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangement ‘MAPPA’
• Attending Oral Hearings to assess risk of harm/re-offending and public protection
• Condensing multiple complex documents/dossiers to complete robust risk assessments and reports for Parole Hearings

• Managing a complex caseload and implementing a new domestic abuse drop-in service for advice and support

• Delivering accredited offending behaviour programmes to groups of offenders
