I am a motivated and committed post graduate with a passion for helping others receive much needed support and education. The last two years, I have worked alongside multiple SEN children, providing myself with the skill set required in adapting communication styles to build positive relationships and two way conversations to provide the most effective support to vulnerable individuals, promoting them to reach their full potential. The last year I have also worked within a school nursery setting, expanding my knowledge of EYFS and providing me with the experience of creating safe, comfortable and fun environment for preschool children.
I have shown excellent communication skills in order to build trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I am hard working and resilient, which I believe is an essential skill, for working alongside children and vulnerable individuals. As well as my pre existing knowledge around special educational needs and disability. I am eager to further develop my own skill set gained from previous work experience and jobs.
