With over 15 years of experience in health and social care, including domiciliary, residential, and live-in care, I have developed the practical skills and emotional intelligence required to support patients safely and effectively.

In my previous roles with Agincare, Alice Care, and as a private live-in caregiver, I have supported individuals with a wide range of needs, including elderly clients and those requiring assistance with daily living. My duties included personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support using safe manual handling techniques, and assisting with feeding and hydration. I also supported medication prompting, monitored changes in clients’ conditions, and reported concerns appropriately.

I have strong communication skills and understand the importance of clear, respectful interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. I build trusting relationships by listening carefully and treating each individual with dignity, respect, and compassion. I am also experienced in maintaining accurate records and understand the importance of confidentiality and data protection.

I remain calm under pressure, manage my time effectively, and adapt to changing situations while maintaining a high standard of care. My experience working both independently and within teams has made me reliable, flexible, and proactive.
