Set up Mioë Community Interest Company with a colleague and respected Community Engagement partner in Swansea, to deliver learning opportunities, events and activities to communities in Swansea and across Wales. Amgueddfa Cymru has been a very varied, challenging and exciting role that has included wide ranging project management, strategic planning, managing teams, freelancers, volunteers and partners. Developed and improved upon wide ranging skills from events and exhibitions design and management to developing learning and volunteering programmes. Written funding bids and managed multiple budgets, delivered presentations, organised conferences, as well as forming very many partnerships with all manor of local, National and International organisations, from charities to education, third sector to Government departments. Set up award winning GRAFT garden in partnership with local artist, which has been one of the most successful long running projects in the museum to date and helped achieve status as the first Museum of Sanctuary in the U.K.
