- In this role i run a workshop project where i teach motorcycle maintenance and repair to a group of youth club kids and after school pupils
- At the beginning of each week i create work sheets on health and safety around the workshop, learning basic tools and equipment, on how to keep a clean and safe environment withing the workshop and also activities and practical work sheets for them to practice and learn on the bikes we have at the garage
- I aim to encourage the pupils to repair the bikes before the end of term where we get them to go on trips to local tracks where they can use the same bikes they have learned and worked on
