
I am currently studying International Digital Marketing at Coventry University, with a practical focus on CRM systems, customer data and operational support. I have experience working with CRM platforms to manage customer records, support sales and customer operations, and assist with basic system configuration and reporting.
I am particularly interested in CRM system support roles, where I can help maintain data accuracy, support internal users, and improve day-to-day processes across sales and operations teams. I am detail-oriented, comfortable working with systems, and keen to develop hands-on experience with Freshworks CRM in a real business environment.
