With over 10 years of experience, I am a dedicated teacher with expertise in behaviour management and pastoral care. I have taught across a primary setting, and held roles in student teacher mentorship, subject leadership and supporting looked-after children. Skilled in task prioritisation and problem-solving, I have led whole-school initiatives, informed policy and delivered CPD. I have contributed to a school's wider growth by developing the Humanities curriculum, leading a Geography deep dive for Ofsted, ensuring the KS2 SATs outcomes exceeded the national average and recently discussing racial literacy in RE and behaviour during the school's racial equity audit. I believe a child's safety, mental health, and well-being should be central to pedagogy.
