This involved making decisions regarding the process design through discovery sessions ensuring that it was operationally sound and driving change management and communication with the client throughout the implementation period.
  • Responsible for overseeing end to end recruitment for 2 accounts in my tenure so far - one a global professional services account where I was responsible for the Americas and EMEA, the second a UK healthcare account.

  • Due to successful relationship building with the stakeholder, toward the end of my time with the company I opened the door for expanding our services, and we started negotiations for the RPO alongside the MSP support.

  • Managed supplier and client relationships, ensuring that intake call were completed efficiently, roles were released in a timely manner, candidates were screened effectively, and constructive and full feedback was issued for candidates post interview
  • Ensured that a strong pipeline was maintained with quality candidates, acting as the point of contact for all agency suppliers and the hiring community to ensure that roles were filled within SLA with quality candidates
  • Key person on continuous improvement projects and cost saving initiatives on my client accounts
  • Responsible for producing the content and presenting QBRs to the client, as well as monthly reviews with the agency suppliers supporting the account
  • Developed a training programme and wrote SOPs for an implementing large Pharma account
  • This programme was for the hiring community, current contingent workers, PSL, as well as our internal teams
  • This covered both the recruitment process for hiring contingent workers, but also for SOW
  • Lead hyper-care calls post implementation to troubleshoot any issues raised and support with any further training needs
  • Became the Fieldglass SME for the EMEA region within TAPFIN, supporting with queries and resolutions of issues for other countries that the Pharma account was implementing
  • This also involved me joining weekly calls with the solution architect for the implementation to ensure that all issues were raised and resolved in a timely manner.
