I am a team member in a very busy local shop where I provide excellent customer service as well as working as part of a team I am able to work alone on different tasks.
Daily Tasks Include:
Serving customers, handling cash
Helping any customers who needs assistance or have any questions Using in house systems to record wastage
Responsible when on shift for stock rotation of the fresh section as well as completing the current and next days reductions General shop duties
When required I also run the shift as a Team Leader, this includes the above daily tasks as well as : Managing staff
Dealing with any queries / complaints

Locking of shop
Working within a reception environment providing a telephone answering, admin and reception service as well as organising the post, welcoming visitors and ensuring efficient running of the reception desk.
Duties include:
Answering calls, emails and redirecting them to the relevant person
Meeting and greeting visitors
Dealing with any enquires and responding by telephone, writing, email or when needed in person.
Data entry onto internal system as well as word processing and producing a range of documents
Updating and maintaining records, files and databases as in accordance to Weatherford's standards
Ordering of goods and services
Processing of petty cash and invoices
Operating a computer and switchboard system and general office duties
